I am a Resolution [www.resoution.org.uk] trained family mediator.  I have been a family solicitor for over 20 years and I run and manage my own firm, ELM Solicitors. I am also a trained collaborative lawyer and I have been practising collaboratively since 2005.  I have now set up a mediation practice to run alongside my work as a solicitor/collaborative lawyer.  My aim is to ultimately focus solely on mediation, as I believe it is the best way to resolve family matters in the interests of all the family.
